While roof inspections are necessary, they can be dangerous and time consuming. A complete physical inspection should be done at least twice per year however, we have found great value in monthly inspections using high definition drones. Using this method allows us to inspect roofs on a more frequent basis and track the condition of the roof by comparing previous footage. Clients have found the informaiton to be greatly valuable for insurance purposes and future planning of budgets and projects.
