Description
If you have ordered a Status Certificate from us, feel free to take advantage of an updated certificate at lower than standard pricing. This applies to orders that have been placed within 60 (SIXTY) days of the original order receipt. This is great if you are selling a property or shopping around for financing. You may have ordered a Status Certificate near the start of the process however, some time has gone by and you’d like to provide updated information.
NOTE: This order is for UPDATES TO ORIGINALLY ORDERED STATUS CERTIFICATES WITHIN 60 (SIXTY) DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER. Please ensure to include your previous order number in the provided field. We will use the subject property information from that original order.
We do offer expedited services for updates as well. Standard orders will be processed within 10 days. Please see the provided options for pricing.
Please keep in mind, NO PHYSICAL COPY WILL BE DELIVERED. All Status Certificate Packages are in PDF format. This digital file will be sent to the email address that you provide.
We recommend, upon receipt of the Status Certificate Package, all the contents to be reviewed thoroughly and seek legal advice before making any decisions based upon said contents.
