In accordance with the Condominium Act, Spearhead Property Management Ltd. will produce a Status Certificate Package within TEN (10) days of receipt of a written request and minimum payment of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). See options for expedited services if required.
Please keep in mind, NO PHYSICAL COPY WILL BE DELIVERED. All Status Certificate Packages are in PDF format. This digital file will be sent to the email address that you provide.
We recommend, upon receipt of the Status Certificate Package, all the contents to be reviewed thoroughly and seek legal advice before making any decisions based upon said contents.
Is timing an issue? We offer expedited services to get your order to you faster than the standard 10 days. Additional fees will apply, which are listed below.
Take advantage of lower than standard pricing for certificate updates. If ordered together with the Status Certificate Package, you will receive an updated version automatically in 60 (SIXTY) days of this order. You may also decide to have it prepared at anytime of your choosing within the 60 (SIXTY) days (MINIMUM OF 72 (SEVENTY-TWO) HOURS NOTICES.)
